DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:•Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on inventory levels, sales forecasts, and resource availability.•Coordinate with Cultivation, Extraction, Packaging, and Fulfillment teams to align schedules and timelines.•Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to meet output goals, compliance timelines, and market demand.•Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or risks, and propose actionable solutions.•Work with Inventory and Procurement teams to ensure materials and supplies are available for scheduled production runs.•Ensure all production activities comply with state regulations, internal SOPs, and company quality standards.•Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation related to production planning, including tracking yields, waste, and batch performance.•Participate in planning meetings, production reviews, and cross-departmental updates.•Support product launches, packaging changes, or new SKUs through coordinated scheduling and team communication.•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve workflow efficiency.Team Collaboration•Balances team and individual responsibilities, Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views•Gives and welcomes feedback•Contributes to building a positive team spirit•Puts success of team above own interests•Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives•Communicates with the team in a professional manner without showing frustrations in communication•Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.•Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clear understanding of tasks and expectations.•Support a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and mutual respect among colleagues.•Provide training and guidance to new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.RequirementsEducation and Experience •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education•2+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations; cannabis or CPG experience preferred.•Knowledge of state cannabis regulations and track-and-trace systems (e.g., METRC, BioTrack) is highly desirable.•Must have strong multitasking skills and the ability to interpret and apply mathematical concepts to accurately calculate production requirements and forecast needs.•Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, production planning software, and inventory systems.•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and evolving environment.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining focus on accuracy and attention to detail•Ability to take direction and complete daily tasks with minimal supervision•Ability to maintain high standards in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment•High level of organization, patience and flexibility•A valid driver's license is required•Willing to focus on repetitive work for long periods of time•Strong organizational and time-management skills.•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
