Compensation:
$85,000 - $100,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate culinary operations to ensure top-quality food preparation and service. Manage guest services, addressing and resolving any issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Train and oversee both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team. Develop and adjust staff schedules based on sales forecasts and business needs. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards and regulations. Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Proven track record in managing operations with sales of $4-5 million. Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
