In this exciting role, you'll spearhead new store openings in the Sacramento area, all while enjoying fantastic work-life balance with no late nights.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and coordinate all culinary operations to ensure top-notch quality. Oversee guest services, addressing and resolving any issues with a smile. Train, develop, and manage both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) staff. Craft and adjust staff schedules to align with restaurant sales and service needs. Implement and maintain strict safety and sanitation standards. What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a restaurant setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team. Excellent communication and written skills. Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
