Minimum Qualifications Requirements Definition: Strong skills in defining and writing user stories, leading refinement with developers/testers, and setting clear acceptance criteria. Documentation: Proficient in managing quality documentation, maintaining versioned documentation, and crafting clear and relevant application documents such as Functional Specifications and API specifications. Agile Software Development: Experience working on Agile development teams, developing epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and contributing to scrum ceremonies. Preferred Qualifications Regulated Software Experience: Previous experience with regulated software, particularly in healthcare or medical devices. SaMD Craft: Experience crafting Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). Cyber Security: Implementing enterprise-grade cybersecurity and privacy by design in software products. Digital Health: Experience working in digital health software. Global Applications: Experience developing applications for a global audience. Product Management: Prior experience in product management within a software development team. Job responsibilities

Own partner engagements: Coordinate new product releases and improvements from conception through to launch. Analyze, design, prioritize, and implement: Develop a range of technology products, platforms, and services. Lead feature definition and prioritization: Direct the software development teams efforts to define and prioritize features. Write and refine user stories: Craft detailed user stories, including acceptance criteria and happy/sad paths. System specifications: Develop, document, and configure system specifications that meet business requirements and conform to architecture standards. Documentation: Maintain and update comprehensive documentation for Product Connectivity Solution platforms and features. Platform process assessment: Evaluate if standard platform functionalities solve business problems or if custom solutions are needed. Collaborate with engineers: Work with software engineers and developers to craft and implement platform solutions. Engage with business partners: Understand partner needs and ensure product delivery meets key requirements. Mentoring for developers: Provide guidance to developers to refine stories and ensure development aligns with requirements. QA collaboration: Work with QA engineers to answer questions and validate requirements through testing. Sprint ceremonies: Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, including stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. Setting standards documentation: Develop documentation outlining standards, policies, and capabilities for the platform/product. Quality system management: Ensure compliance with validation requirements and manage quality system documentation. Cross-team collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including GSO, Privacy, Cloud Platform Solutions, Regulatory, and Quality. What we offer
