The IT Project Manager will oversee project management initiatives across RJW, focusing on software implementations, upgrades, and migrations to enhance process efficiency. The role requires strong project and change management skills, ability to identify issues from support trends, and manage competing priorities effectively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage projects from initiation to delivery, including planning, execution, status reporting, and risk management. Identify costly repetitive issues and develop plans to address them. Balance support resources daily and weekly. Collaborate with technical leads, BAs, and departments to document requirements and develop project plans. Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate as needed. Provide regular updates and escalate issues impacting project delivery. Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience. Experience with Agile methodologies. Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Change management expertise. Ability to influence and communicate effectively across management levels. Proactive attitude, ownership, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, PMP certification (a plus), knowledge of IT and EDI transactions, and experience with SaaS procurement and integrations.
