The Role: Join our Engineered Solutions (ES) team as an Order Management Associate and become the front line of customer support, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our clients. You'll handle day-to-day transactional tasks and customer interactions while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver on our promise of customer excellence. Working hours will align with the Eastern Time Zone. The ideal candidate isa graduate or diploma holder from an administrative, business, or commerce program such as: Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or other closely related field and brings 1 to 5 years of relevant industry experience. Applicants must be eligible for international travel without requiring employer-sponsored visa support. We ask "what is the best decision for our customer" before any decision is made. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and escalate to Operations Manager as needed Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely shipment Confirm order status and proactively communicate updates to customers Generate and distribute invoices for customer orders Proactively process subscription renewals with customers Oversee the management of returns, replacements, spares and demo requests Build strong, positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction Provide insights on customer feedback and recurring issues to support process improvements Skills and Competencies: Customer-Centric Mindset: Always operate with the customer's best interest in mind. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in processing orders and maintaining records. Technical Proficiency: Confidence in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams), and other relevant tools. Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns with tact and efficiency. Why This Role?
