Receiving Specialist

As a Receiving Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by managing incoming shipments and maintaining inventory accuracy. Your day-to-day will include: Verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy and quality. Documenting and entering data into the ERP system with precision. Keeping the receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards. Labeling, sorting, and staging materials for storage or production. Reporting discrepancies and collaborating with team members to resolve issues. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes. What You Bring A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 tools. Experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus. Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are preferred. A team-first attitude and the ability to work independently. Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per shift. Lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs. Use ladders or step stools as needed. Perform repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, and stooping. Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Work in varying temperatures depending on the season. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in receiving or warehouse operations preferred. $35,000.00 to $41,000.00 per year
