What You'll Do: Prepare and serve beverages quickly, accurately, and in compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines Support cocktail servers and ensure a smooth flow of service across the casino floor Ring in food and beverage transactions accurately and follow all cash handling procedures Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and ready for service Follow health, safety, and internal control procedures Stay informed on current promotions, events, and property happenings Create a fun, respectful, and memorable guest experience Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring:
A friendly, outgoing attitude and the ability to stay cool under pressure Strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and high-volume shifts Must be at least 21 years of age Must be able to obtain and maintain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License Preferred Experience:
Bartending or restaurant experience Customer service in a guest-facing role Job Type:
