User Discovery:

Requires knowledge of user experience strategies; user interviews and surveys; user journeys; storyboards; contextual inquiries. Assess gaps between business expectations and user experience strategies. Leverage understanding of trends in user consumption habits to develop or improve interaction design and strategies. Anticipate and mitigate risks during information synthesis and independently develop solutions for interactive designs. Analyze and interpret existing data (e.g., web analytics, user surveys, customer support calls). Managing Functional Partnerships:

Requires knowledge of stakeholder identification and mapping; analysis; communication; engagement techniques; management effectiveness tools; fluency in business vernacular; understanding of diverse markets. Understand stakeholder interests to manage relationships. Analyze technical needs and collaborate with stakeholders to share relevant information. Engage periodically with business partners to establish credibility. Design Research:

Requires knowledge of research principles; qualitative and quantitative methods; data analysis; gap detection; legal and ethical considerations; research organizational requirements; success metrics; purpose and value of research; sources and social networks; emerging methods. Propose hypotheses; modify research approaches; guide processes; verify data reliability; detect gaps; analyze and interpret data; translate insights into actionable recommendations. Influencing and Building Stakeholder Consensus:

Requires knowledge of communication styles; channels; interpersonal skills; influencing techniques. Communicate clearly in stakeholder meetings; address ambiguity; build relationships; influence actions; prepare concise reports; provide and seek feedback. Driving Customer/Client Needs:

Requires knowledge of customer problems; dependencies; journey mapping; process optimization; communication techniques. Understand customer requirements; create journey touchpoints; improve processes to enhance customer experience. Usability Testing and Iteration:

Requires knowledge of user profiles; testing scenarios; documentation; test plans. Understand testing basics; identify major activities; document procedures; explain testing objectives. Leadership Expectations:

Option 1: Bachelors in UI/UX design, graphic design, or related, plus 3 years experience in research or UX design. Option 2: 5 years experience in research or UX design. Provide proof of full vaccination or approved accommodation as per CDC guidelines. Preferred Qualifications:
