The Project Manager/Scrum Master is responsible for leading and directing 2-3 Agile teams that support multiple Agile projects or one larger Agile project within the organization. In collaboration with technical managers, this role ensures that all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are implemented according to established processes: requirements analysis, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years managing Information Technology (IT) projects and programs
5+ years Scrum Master experience leading and coaching Agile teams
3+ years experience administering Jira and Confluence
Proven experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification. Advanced certifications are highly preferred
Government Project Management experience (2+ years)
Experience implementing Scrum and Kanban concepts in a technical team
Experience with development in or migration to AWS and/or Azure (2+ Years)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
