Description :
Position Summary • Retrieve, review, investigate, and complete the established process requirements to manage and prepare responses to incoming chargeback disputes from merchant sites. • Create a Salesforce case based on the received chargeback dispute • Research and respond to credit card disputes received from Credit Card companies as needed • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on chargeback and credit check matters.
Qualifications • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a chargeback support role, or in collections or customer service support capacity, is required. • Strong verbal and writing communication skills • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications • High School diploma or equivalent required.
