We are seeking a Call Center Customer Service Agent who is passionate about providing exceptional service to our valued customers. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally Provide accurate information about products and services to customers Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner Document customer interactions and update account information Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after resolving issues Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism Benefits
