Document Drafting:
Draft various legal documents, including contracts, depositions, pleadings, and other essential legal correspondence. -
Court Filings:
Prepare and manage the filing of all court documents, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines. -
Document Management : Organize and maintain case files, both for ongoing and completed cases, ensuring efficient document retrieval and archival. - Legal Updates : Stay abreast of the latest developments in workers' compensation law, ensuring the firm and its clients benefit from up-to-date legal advice.
