The Program Coordinator at Victory Bay is responsible for organizing and supporting the implementation of programs, while also providing clinical services to help clients develop coping skills and improve emotional regulation.

Essential Duties

Design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based therapeutic programming tailored to all levels of care offered at Victory Bay. Identify training needs and coordinate continuing education opportunities for clinical and ancillary staff. Coordinate and update treatment protocols and curriculum to align with clinical best practices and regulatory standards. Completion and editing on a quarterly basis of the Victory Bay Program Curriculums with assistance of Clinical Supervisor(s) Work with Clinical Team/CD to aim for client satisfaction score of 80% on the Client Satisfaction Surveys that clients take on a quarterly basis Develop and evaluate on a continued basis the clinical curriculum for all Victory Bay programming. Conduct Group Therapy audits across all programs at Victory Bay Completion of program projects as assigned by Clinical Director to aid in implementation of any new or continued programming. Address and collaborate with Clinical Director to manage any overall programming changes, adjustments, or needs Provide consultation and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, including ancillary providers (e.g, group facilitators, family therapists, EMDR therapists, etc.). Carry a caseload of 5-7 clients and run at least 1 group therapy session on a weekly basis Documentation of Individual and Group Therapy Notation Interface within 48 hours Completion of Client Treatment Planning within 30 days of initial evaluation/assessment.

Education: Master's degree or higher in, counseling social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Full Licensed in Mental Health Field (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC). Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health, with at least 2 years in an IOP, PHP, or similar level-of-care setting. Experience providing direct therapy services to individuals, families, and/or groups. Demonstrated experience working with trauma, mood disorders, substance use disorders, or co-occurring conditions. At least 1-2 years of experience supervising clinicians and/or multidisciplinary teams (e.g., therapists, case managers, group facilitators). Experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring, or training.
