Multimedia Marketing Specialist

You'll bring our mission to life through creative, engaging multimedia content. Your responsibilities will include: Filming, editing, and publishing video content aligned with our brand and social strategy Designing visual assets like flyers, presentations, and promotional graphics Managing and growing our presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Developing and executing marketing strategies to boost engagement and awareness ✍ Writing compelling copy for social media, websites, and campaigns Capturing photos and videos at events and special projects Running paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) and reporting monthly analytics Applying SEO best practices to titles, hashtags, and keywords Supporting special projects and ensuring all communications reflect our mission and values •
What You Bring
We're looking for a creative thinker who is both strategic and hands-on: Multimedia Expertise : Strong in video production, editing, photography, and graphic design Design Tools : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom), Canva; After Effects a plus Marketing Mindset : Experience with digital + traditional marketing and social media strategy Copywriting Skills : Able to write clean, engaging copy for diverse audiences SEO Savvy : Know how to adapt content for visibility and performance Ad Campaigns : Experience launching, managing, and optimizing paid ads Web Know-How : Familiarity with Squarespace or web updates is a plus Your Background Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (preferred) 3+ years in marketing and content creation (YouTube experience a big plus) 3+ years managing social media and digital platforms Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current platform trends Proven record of growing followers and boosting engagement Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace What to Expect Onsite, collaborative office with occasional travel to school sites (mileage reimbursed) Work with a team driven by purpose and innovation Indoor office work + creative fieldwork for content production Perks & Benefits Top-tier Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
