3. Main Responsibilities
3.1 Guarantee the traceability of the tests carried out, as well as confidentiality.
3.2 Promote the culture of quality in the service to the user.
3.3 Comply with the requirements established in the integral quality management system.
3.4 Optimization and rationalization of resources.
3.5 Maintain established environmental and safety conditions.
3.6 Carry out the verifications of the tuning of the equipment and instruments of measurement and monitoring.
3.7 Carry out set up & conservation maintenance of monitoring and measuring equipment and instruments.
3.8 Chemical analysis of molding, chrome plating, painting, inspection processes or as specified.
3.9 Carry out FIFO system. (Reagents, supplies, ...)
3.10 Prepare reagents and chemical solutions for the test.
3.11 Development/update of procedures, logs and work instructions of the laboratory management system.
3.12 Preparation of reports, statistical control studies, trend graphs and results tables, according to the correspond. Ding Talk/True Chem app.
3.13 Support in the determination of measurement methods and laboratory materials.
3.14 Apply sampling techniques and sample conditioning methods, as appropriate.
3.15 Immediate communication of any abnormal or emergency to the areas involved. Support communication within the areas of production.
4. Qualification
4.1 Education Background: High School College degree preferred
4.2 Working Experience : 1-year chemical lab work experience preferred
4.3 Language : English Advanced
4.4 Knowledge & Skill: Knowledge of chemistry, concentration calculations, analytical techniques and methods in chemistry such as titration; handling of laboratory equipment and instruments; and knowledge in safety measures and laboratory standards. Have titration experience preferred
4.5 Personality / Abilities: follow lab safety rules, pay attention to details, excellent verbal and written communication skills, reliable, dedicated, self-motivated, team player, able to stand continuously for several hours, able to lift 50 LBs or more, able to walk upstairs and downstairs multiple times per day
