We are seeking 5 motivated and dependable Call Center Representatives to join our team as part of a recent acquisition. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers long-term career potential, competitive pay, and a hybrid work schedule. We're hiring for:
- 2 Bilingual (Spanish-English) representatives
- 3 Non-Bilingual representatives
Locations: Hybrid - Katy, TX 77449 or Pinehurst, TX 77362
Hybrid Schedule:
- Remote: Mondays & Fridays ( strong home Wi-Fi required; equipment provided )
- On-Site: Tuesdays-Thursdays at Katy, TX office (or Pinehurst /Magnolia office depending on space)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19.57/hr + potential overtime during peak periods/month-end
Industry: Utility Services / Customer Service
What You'll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls
- Resolve billing questions, account issues, and general utility inquiries
- Document interactions and update customer records
- Address escalated concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Use internal systems to resolve and escalate service issues when needed
- Meet quality and performance standards
Bilingual Positions (2 roles):
- Fluent in Spanish and English (language assessment required)
- 2-3 years of customer service experience (call center or utilities preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proficient in English
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable transportation for in-office days
- Willing to work occasional overtime (especially at month-end)
- Depending on space, candidates might need to report to the Pinehurst/ Magnolia, TX (77362)
