Together, these companies serve construction, utility, and municipal clients with an unwavering commitment to safety, precision, and reliability.Position OverviewWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Longmont, CO. This role will support the strategic marketing needs of our partner companies, with a strong emphasis on content-driven SEO, paid digital campaigns, blog and case study development, social media execution, and design and coordination of physical marketing materials.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO & Content Development Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase search visibility for each partner companyConduct keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for organic trafficWrite, edit, and manage the publication of blog posts, case studies, and service page content Paid Advertising Plan and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with a focus on lead generation and ROIOptimize ad copy, targeting, and budgets for performance and relevance across all platforms Social Media Management Develop and execute content calendars across Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for each brandCreate engaging content and grow each brand's online presence with consistent tone and messagingTrack engagement and follower growth and report on performance Marketing Collateral Design Design or oversee the creation of brochures, one-pagers, truck decals, trade show banners, and other physical marketing materialsCoordinate printing, inventory, and distribution of materials as neededEnsure all branded content aligns with company standards and messaging Collaboration & Project Management Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and the Nexsite creative team to deliver projects on timeAssist the Sales team with marketing support for presentations, proposals, and promotional effortsMaintain and update websites in coordination with developers and content creatorsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or comparable work experience4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B/industrial servicesProven success in SEO strategy, paid advertising, and content marketingFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design toolsStrong writing and editing skills for both digital and print formatsProficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesNice to HaveExperience in construction, utility, or infrastructure marketingCRM and marketing automation platform experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Photography or basic video production/editing skillsBenefitsPay Range: $60,000 - $80,000/year DOEMedical, Dental and Vision401(k) matchingPaid time off
