Sanctions Technology is embarking on a significant deliverable. As part of this deliverable, the Technology group is standing up a new upgraded real time sanctions platform This role will provide hands-on technical delivery support and lead the offshore team to deliver a large transformation project under compressed timeline. This is a highly visible role requiring both high degree of technical skills, sophistication in both written and verbal communication, and a mature commercial sense. Collaborate closely with operations and technology team to deliver platform transformation on time and on budget. Implement target state data architecture leveraging FircoSoft Continuity platform capabilities. Able to work on complex integration project with vended software, working with vendor and internal teams. Solution oriented and fully understand the objective of his/her work, and able to question/challenge the current view with modern and innovative solutions in mind. Has a mentor mindset to share, teach, evangelize platform capabilities to business and technology leaders on adoption and consumption of capabilities. Create scalable, supportable, auditable and testable solutions. Hyper focused on business value and objective. Help a large upgrade project - act as an architect for the Firco LexisNexis upgrade from version 5 to version 6 Qualifications

10 years of experience in system integration, architecture, and sanctions system configuration expertise. Hands on integration development experience with vended systems using MQ for messaging exchanges. Hands on deployment management experience with experience on automated redundancy within design and architecture. Worked in global delivery structure to deliver complex data acquisition programs/ projects. Experience in implementing enterprise-scale and quality implementation and operations. Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for senior stakeholders across business and technology leadership. Knowledge data architecture, data modelling, ETL processes, data governance, data quality, privacy and security controls. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:

FircoSoft Continuity technologies or LexisNexis Experience in automation, RPA, machine learning principles and model governance Consulting firm experience Financial services industry experience

Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
