The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $81,900 - $116,500, and for Eastern Washington varies between $71,411 - $115,850. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

Define and translate business needs into clear specifications, future-state process designs, and functional expectations Conduct customer interviews and analyze current operations to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation Create process maps and task flows aligned with business logic. Use standard automation methods such as variables, loops, and conditions to build reliable and scalable workflows Monitor queues, schedules, and system performance to ensure efficiency, meet demand, and minimize downtime Build and manage RPA bots that integrate with platforms such as Salesforce, K2, and other systems using APIs, middleware, or custom scripts Manage workstreams, sprints, and user stories, resolve blockers, and support the rollout of new systems and updates Write and maintain clear documentation, including specifications and SOPs, to support code sustainability and efficient workflow operations. Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of automation logic by creating test plans, resolving production issues, and continuously optimizing for system reliability and availability. Ensure automation solutions align with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and security requirements Collaborate with System Engineers to support server performance, configuration, and infrastructure reliability for automation platforms Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere. 3+ years of experience with UiPath platforms, including Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework, to design, deploy, and manage scalable automation solutions. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#, JavaScript, or Python is required to support automation development and system integration 2+ years of experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems or cloud services. Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis preferred Experienced working in agile environments, supporting sprint planning, managing user stories, and contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement. Highly organized and detail oriented, able to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated skill in effectively communicating technical processes to non-technical partners.
