Store Operations, Retail Capabilities And Solutions Lead

As a Retail Capabilities & Solutions Lead you will focus on evolving store systems and technology, programs, and store of the future solutions. You will advocate for stores and be responsible for innovating programs, identifying new systems, enhancing technology applications, and supporting the optimization of operational processes. You will work with field and corporate leaders to address friction points and develop solutions to address the opportunities. Required are strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail. Key to success is the ability to work collaboratively with the store organization, corporate business partners and external vendors in a fast-paced environment remaining flexible, resourceful, and efficient. This position reports directly to the Director, Store Operations Project Management Office. Duties and Responsibilities: Uses critical thinking to develop business requirements and program deliverables. Partners with field leaders to develop roadmaps to enable store teams to meet operational standards and deliver on the customer experience with systems and technology. Develops systems to be effective and efficient based on the store workflow and business structure to unlock capabilities. Monitors store program performance and business needs to evolve programs. Manages multiple store programs and initiatives. Coordinates and leads cross functional implementation. Prepares and delivers on program status, develops communication and training strategies. Identifies program KPI's to measure success. Implements transition plans with business partners for continued program support and adoption. Monitors and acts based on post launch measurements to meet objectives and ROI. Develops and sustains existing business requirements and evolves programs by managing enhancements and ensure milestones are achieved. Acts as subject matter expert and main point of contact for store programs and initiatives including ongoing escalated support and prioritization needs. Strategizes on the store of the future capabilities and solutions to enhance the employee and customer experience. Proven Skills, Abilities and Experience Qualifications: Retail Management or Project Management Experience of 5 plus years or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience required. Ability to think strategically to develop process improvement plans. Strong analytical skills to identify potential obstacles or opportunities to maximize productivity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to flex to various audiences. Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to satisfy our internal and external customers. Solid time management and follow up skills. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Capable to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong command of Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of retail store and back-office systems (POS, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.) Position is based in Fremont, California. Hybrid working model up to 3-days a week at Fremont Home Office. Periodic travel may be required.
