Flexible scheduling Fulltime hours (if you want that) after you've been successful with hourly scheduling Competitive base pay: $22/hr if you have a valid CNA, HCA or MSW $18.69 if you don't Paid mileage reimbursement (and pay for the time you drive between Clients!!!) Performance rewards Bonus pay opportunity Paid Sick Leave 401k retirement plan with matching Profit-sharing plan Role Description One-on-one personal in-home care focusing on ADLs Day & Evening Shifts (we do not have NOC shifts at the moment) Weekdays and weekends are available Bonus pay for some holidays You must have a driver's license, a clean driving record and a reliable car. If you drive your own car, we will pay $0.65 per mile plus the time you spend driving between Clients is considered paid time. You will also earn more the longer you stay with us (every 500 hours for the first year), and you can earn referral bonuses. You must have a valid HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA in Washington state.
