Benefits Flexible scheduling - Accept the shifts that work with your schedule Short shifts and long shifts Day, Night, Evening and Weekend shifts Competitive base pay: $22/hr if you have a valid CNA or HCA $18.69 if not Pay increase every 500 hours of service in your first year if you are part time Paid mileage reimbursement (and pay for the time you drive between Clients!!) Profit-sharing plan Role Description One-on-one personal in-home care focusing on ADLs Day & Evening Shifts Weekdays and weekends are available Bonus pay for some holidays You must have a driver's license, a clean driving record and a reliable car. You will also earn more the longer you stay with us (every 500 hours for the first year). You must have a valid HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA certification in Washington state.
