EDHS Counselor Education Academic & Clinical Practice Instructor
The University of Virginia's School of Education seeks qualified applicants for the Department of Human Services to teach and provide content expertise for programs in Counselor Education for the 2024-25 academic year and 2025 summer. Positions will be filled on an as-needed basis according to curriculum needs and appointments are typically for teaching a single course. This is an at-will faculty wage position that does not carry benefits. Opportunities may be available on-grounds at the University of Virginia and online. If no position is currently available, we will retain submitted applications on file for future consideration during the 2024-25 academic year and summer 2025. A terminal degree is preferred, but not required, in an appropriate field of study for the course to be taught. Applicants must have a strong commitment to teaching excellence. Previous K-12 or higher education teaching experience in the course content area is strongly preferred.
