Oversee the daily operations of resident and/or retail dining venues, ensuring quality food production, safety, and service standards. Manage and develop frontline staff, to ensure a positive team culture and consistent performance. Control food and labor costs through effective scheduling, production planning, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety programs. Manages by providing positive and constructive feedback to employees in order to reward, coach, correct and motivate in order drive a high-level of employee engagement. What We Offer

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience managing high-volume dining operations in a college/university or contract food service setting. Strong leadership skills with experience training and supervising hourly employees; union experience preferred. Working knowledge of food production, basic culinary operations, and service execution. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build positive client relationships. Possess a collaborative mindset and the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic campus environment. Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience
1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
