full-time Office - Accounting Coordinator
to join our finance team in Milford, Ohio. This position offers a
$45,000 annual salary

YOUR ROLE AS AN OFFICE - ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR
In this finance and bookkeeping role, you will keep the heartbeat of our office running smoothly while managing key financial tasks. Your day will include processing accounts payable and receivable, recording customer payments, and assisting with payroll timecard entries and monthly commission calculations. You will coordinate with vendors by updating portals and auditing credit card transactions, ensuring all billing records are accurate.
Throughout the day, you will provide administrative support to our operations leadership team, manage schedules, and maintain clear communication between staff, customers, and vendors. You will also serve as a point of contact by handling phone coverage, including after-hours emergency dispatch calls on a rotation, and scheduling mold inspections, estimating appointments, testing, and final walkthroughs. When needed, you will back up the receptionist, assist with dispatch and customer service tasks, and take on other ad hoc administrative projects as requested by leadership.
YOUR SCHEDULE AS AN OFFICE - ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR
You will work in-office,
Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
with a one-hour lunch break. This role also includes scheduled after-hours phone coverage on nights and weekends as part of a rotation, with a $50 monthly phone allowance provided while on-call.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN OFFICE - ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or similar administrative finance experience (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of QuickBooks and general accounting principles Strong written and verbal communication skills
