About the role: The Product Reporting Analyst II will provide ad hoc and recurring reports to internal and external customers using Reliability and Quality Assurance information, while performing data quality analysis to ensure system and business process compliance. The role has responsibility to represent Reliability and Quality Assurance cross-functionally and to recommend/implement process improvements to gain efficiency and compliance. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Your responsibilities will include: Writes and executes recurring and ad hoc queries to develop ad hoc and recurring reports for both internal and external customers. All report requests are entered and tracked per established processes. Requires knowledge of CRM business, database entities, data access methodology, Microsoft Office Applications, and business specific applications that may include SQL Server, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Forms Runtime, MERLIN, TRaCII, Lighthouse, DOCS, IRIS, ADAM, DAS, Crystal Reports, PVCS Tracker, PPR and SAP. Validates report requests: All reports are reviewed for accuracy and completeness of data prior to timely delivery to customers. Performs data quality analysis and analyzes results. Proposes system and/or business process changes, data corrections, etc. Requires knowledge of CRM business, database entities, data access methodology, Microsoft Office Applications and business specific applications. Provides training, direction and guidance to peers and other analysts according to established policies and management guidance. Provides departmental and cross-functional training/expertise regarding data and processes. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 2 years of related experience. Knowledge/experience with database entities, data access methodology, Microsoft Office Applications, and business specific applications that include Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle SQL Developer, GMDT, TRaCII, GCMS, IRIS REX, Crystal Reports, Tableau, Snowflake, Jira, and SAP. Preferred qualifications: Business specific applications that may include GMDT, TRaCII, GCMS, IRIS REX, Crystal Reports, Tableau, Snowflake, Jira, and SAP. Demonstrated strong Customer Focus, Analysis, Planning, Execution, Collaboration and Communication competencies. Project management experience. Lean / continuous improvement toolkit usage. Post Market Quality Assurance experience. Experience in the CRM. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
