As a Full-Time Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing, safe and stimulating classroom environment, and collaborating with other staff to enhance our curriculum and learning experiences. Create and maintain a warm, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for infants (6 weeks to 12 months) Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote growth in communication, motor skills, and sensory exploration Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times Monitor developmental milestones and communicate progress with families through daily reports and parent conferences Maintain compliance with Goddard, state licensing, and NAEYC standards What We Offer: Competitive Salary:

Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in an infant classroom CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) Strong knowledge of child development and best practices in infant care CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire) Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills A warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to developing young minds.
