256,900 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between the minimum and midpoint of this range. Job Qualifications
Skills and Experience: Previous experience managing analytics, reporting services, or other technical functions and teams in a healthcare environment Leadership and managerial track record, with a proven record of leading and managing change Record of applying analytics best practices to Machine Learning and/or practice of applying AI tools in analytics Extensive knowledge of best practices regarding analytics, workflows, policies, procedures, systems and culture in the healthcare environment required 5 Years Healthcare experience required Certification in Epic Clarity Data Model (preferred) Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, data structures and reporting required Senior-level knowledge of SAP Business Objects, PowerBI, and/or Tableau architecture, functions, features, and capabilities Understanding of SQL as well as relational and multidimensional designs Strong problem-solving and metadata skills Strong interpersonal and communications skills Organizational skills and customer service orientation Demonstrated ability to influence and shape consensus, lead group discussions and presentations to clinical and business operations leaders from across the organization Ability to establish and maintain a spirit of cooperation and respect, flourish in an unstructured environment, and always engage in professional and ethical conduct Ability to remain calm in difficult and stressful situations Must recognize problems, evaluate, and refer to the appropriate channels for action High functioning team skills, including active listening, rapport building, effective written & verbal communication, receiving and delegating work assignments Ability to probe for information about the underlying needs of the organization Ability to identify, document, resolve and/or escalate issues and maintain a complete issues log Ability to research organize, analyze, and synthesize data to support effective decision making Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks Ability to keep abreast of the changing technical landscape and discern what changes will impact the UCLAH environment Python or other coding language experience (preferred) Ability to apply statistical concepts to analytics (preferred)
