Compliance Specialist
Associa is currently looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our team. A Code Enforcement Specialist ensures continuity and consistent compliance of homeowners within Community Associations, to ensure a strong client-to-company relationship. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to learn the multi-faceted dynamics of Community Associations, including Civil Code, governing documents, and company policy and procedures, which are all required to efficiently enforce the vary Rules & Regulations provided by the client. Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 Per Hour Depending On Experience How Our Employees Make an Impact: Our Code Enforcement Specialists play a crucial role in fostering a sense of community within our managed properties. Such responsibilities include: Inspect properties on a calendared basis from street view, within the community if condominium type. Properly document violations, their frequency, and take photos, if requested or needed. Provide detailed reports that are easy to understand and reiterate for both the client and CAM (Community Association Manager). Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes, their validity, and provide tentative courses of action for consideration. Notate deferred maintenance and aesthetic blemishes for management to address, in order to uphold property standards. Provide recommendations, Rules & Regulation amendments, and advisory on new compliance regulations for CAMs and Board of Directors' knowledge. Requirements
Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). Professional customer service skills. Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
