The Construction Foreman is responsible for supervising the day to day aspects of reconstruction projects. This includes managing project crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and overseeing the efficient execution of the reconstruction process. A Reconstruction Foreman plays a critical role in ensuring that reconstruction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. The Reconstruction Foreman reports to the Director of Reconstruction and receives work and direction from Project Managers. Essential Functions

Collaborate with Reconstruction Project Managers to understand project objectives, scope, and Develop daily project plans, including work methods, equipment selection, and resource Determine safety measures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and Supervise a team of subcontractors and/or field staff, assigning tasks and Monitor work progress and productivity, ensuring deadlines are Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans. Producing schedules and monitoring attendance of crews. Ensuring proper documentation on projects which include daily/weekly notes, progress photos, and other requirements of the given project. Identify cost-saving opportunities and report them to the Project Maintain clear and open communication with the project team, including subcontractors and Provide regular progress reports to the Project Coordinator and Project Ensure that reconstruction work meets quality standards and specifications Requirements

Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction systems and techniques Strong knowledge of office technology especially Microsoft. Knowledgeable about file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. Strong critical thinking, problem solving and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills. Detail oriented. Customer service oriented. Strong time management skills. Ability to analyze and prioritize.
