Project Oversight:

Lead and oversee all structural concrete operations on-site, including formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours, curing, and finishing, ensuring compliance with design specifications and structural integrity. Crew Supervision:

Manage, schedule, and coordinate work crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient execution of daily activities while maintaining productivity and morale. Schedule Management:

Collaborate with project managers and planners to develop and maintain construction schedules. Ensure milestones and critical path activities are met with minimal delays. Quality Control:

Enforce strict adherence to quality standards. Perform inspections and coordinate with QA/QC personnel to ensure all structural concrete work meets contract documents, codes, and safety standards. Safety Leadership:

Promote and enforce a zero-incident safety culture on-site. Conduct regular safety meetings, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. Technical Coordination:

Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Identify and resolve conflicts or discrepancies through coordination with engineers, architects, and project teams. Logistics & Materials Management:

Coordinate the timely delivery and proper handling of materials, equipment, and concrete deliveries to minimize downtime and maintain workflow. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate daily reports, progress logs, labor tracking, and site documentation. Report progress, issues, and delays to project management proactively. Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary field contact for clients, inspectors, engineers, and project executives regarding all structural concrete activities. Mentorship & Training:

Mentor junior superintendents, foremen, and field staff. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and skills development. Minimum 10 years of experience in structural concrete construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or superintendent role. Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or industrial concrete projects from start to finish. Deep understanding of concrete formwork systems, shoring, post-tensioning, and rebar installation methods. Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA), quality standards, and local building codes. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret structural drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors effectively in a high-paced environment. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or similar) is a plus. OSHA 30 certification (required or willingness to obtain prior to start). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or trade certifications preferred What's on Offer
