In Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions (PGSS) we design, develop, and manufacture state-of-the-art systems and technology that enable our customers to execute their mission. We are thought leaders in the application of seeker, guidance, and control technologies for precision munitions. This Software Engineering position is for a talented individual with strong communications and software development skills. This is for a role as an individual contributor and as a team coordinator helping coordinate our software team across multiple projects. Keeping in mind the schedule and customer demands, while looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and reuse potential. The individual contributor part of this includes implementation of software solutions and management practices; test software using debuggers, emulators, and simulators; execution of software releases, upgrades, custom interfaces and software quality assurance activities; supporting customers who are implementing our software on their hardware platforms. You will collaborate with our other technical leaders in this field and provide coordination, communication, and guidance to the Software team as they successfully execute solutions as desired by our customer requirements and schedule. Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or related field Able to attain a Secret Security Clearance Understanding of EO/IR and/or RF based signal identification and tracking Experience in architecting and designing real-time embedded solutions for a defense application using C++ Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience with GPS informed seekers Understanding of GPU accelerators as applied to signal processing Working knowledge and experience using a Linux based development environment Modeling and Simulation background or familiarity Project planning and scheduling background. Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
