This job is responsible for handling more complex files and effectively preventing client escalations. Key responsibilities include assisting with client escalations and related issues, performing various production and support functions, and accurately entering data and assembling documents. Job expectations include monitoring and reviewing documentation against requirements, leveraging reporting to perform job functions, and performing work across multiple workstreams and systems. Processes transactions in one or more of the companys internal operations to support domestic and international consumer, commercial, and wholesale bank businesses or services functions. Responsibilities may include: basic level reporting, call center support, reviewing and processing transactions for item processing, sorting using electronic or mechanical equipment, reconciling, statement rendering, MICR/image, float, lock box, remittance, ATM deposit, and performing other support operations functions as required. Maintains internal operational and financial controls and ensures they meet bank standards. Ensures quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned areas internal business partners and/or external customers/clients. Intermediate level position performs routine and various item processing functions under moderate supervision within a process that has built-in checks and balances. Decisions have some impact on internal and external customer relationship. Schedule: 1st shift: hours 7:00am

3:30pm / Thursday - Monday Responsibilities: Addresses issues in production proactively and handles complex client escalations Prioritizes and organizes work to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity Monitors and reviews documentation requirements Resolves peer or customer escalations and inquiries Executes on policies and procedures in connection with firm policies and guidelines regarding document management Use full keyboard and numeric pad Enter data based on customer instructions and screen prompts Acknowledge out of balance transactions Complete all tasks by customers specified deadlines Communicate computer system problems Other assigned duties Required Qualifications: PC literate Ability to work under pressure Ability to complete work quickly Ability to work in team environment Ability to organize and set priorities Ability to communicate effectively Detail & Quality oriented Ability to work with little supervision Ability to work over when needed Ability to detect and handle unusual situations Ability to adapt to new methods in an automated environment Ability to identify processor and remitter errors Ability to handle high volumes of work Good hand eye coordination Ability to grasp basic data processing concepts/procedures Ability to solve problems logically Ability to maintain minimum production standards General understanding of Lockbox Skills: Adaptability Attention to Detail Business Operations Management Customer and Client Focus Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines Management Collaboration Issue Management Organizational Effectiveness Prioritization Problem Solving Confronting Bias Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay range $24.00 - $25.20 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
