Bank Of America Lockbox Exception Queue (EQ) Job
Opportunity to join Lockbox Exception Queue (EQ) in Chicago. This job is responsible for handling more complex files and effectively preventing client escalations. Key responsibilities include assisting with client escalations and related issues, performing various production and support functions, and accurately entering data and assembling documents. Job expectations include monitoring and reviewing documentation against requirements, leveraging reporting to perform job functions, and performing work across multiple workstreams and systems. Schedule: 3rd shift: hours 9:00pm

Monday Responsibilities
Addresses issues in production proactively and handles complex client escalations Prioritizes and organizes work to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity Monitors and reviews documentation requirements Resolves peer or customer escalations and inquiries Executes on policies and procedures in connection with firm policies and guidelines regarding document management Required Qualifications
PC literate Ability to work under pressure Ability to complete work quickly Ability to work in team environment Ability to organize and set priorities Ability to communicate effectively Detail & Quality oriented Ability to work with little supervision Ability to work over when needed Ability to detect and handle unusual situations Ability to adapt to new methods in an automated environment Ability to identify processor and remitter errors Ability to handle high volumes of work Good hand eye coordination. Ability to grasp basic data processing concepts/procedures Ability to solve problems logically Ability to maintain minimum production standards General understanding of Lockbox. Skills
