Caregiver Position
Specific hour(s) options: Friday 4-9PM & Saturday 10AM-6PM or Saturday & Sunday 10AM-4:30PM. Duties: Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety. Provide medication reminders as directed by the RN. Help patients with daily activities, including meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping. Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or CNA. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to lift and move patients with proper body mechanics. Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
