The MCVI Director at Baptist Hospital of Miami leads interventional cardiovascular and radiology services, with analytical ability to drive strategic and operational goals. The director develops initiatives, enhances service delivery, and monitors growth, admissions, and referrals. This role provides inter-professional leadership, ensures quality care, and manages budgets, financial and clinical performance, including regulatory compliance and revenue. The director collaborates with physicians, leadership, and stakeholders, tracking market trends. The director leads program development aligned with Baptist Health's mission, ensuring safe, patient and family-centered care. The director uses participative management to plan, innovate, coordinate, direct, and evaluate services within established policies. Minimum salary range: $128,012.65 - $166,416.445. Qualifications: Master's in nursing (must be licensed in the state of Florida) or master's in business or health administration required. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab required. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab or Cardiovascular services required. Certification in area of specialty practice or must obtain within 2 years of hire date. BLS and ACLS required. Strong operational experience a must. High-capacity Cath lab experiences a must. Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization, fostering alignment, driving strategic decision-making, and inspiring cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
