Qualifications: Master's in nursing (must be licensed in the state of Florida) or master's in business or health administration required. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab required. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab or Cardiovascular services required. Certification in area of specialty practice or must obtain within 2 years of hire date. BLS and ACLS required. Strong operational experience a must. High-capacity Cath lab experiences a must. Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization, fostering alignment, driving strategic decision-making, and inspiring cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
