Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent, you will greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service, and close out guest accounts upon check-out-all while ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience that aligns with our high standards of hospitality.

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.

What You'll Do

Provide the critical first impression to our guests with a warm and welcoming attitude Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone daily Check guests in and out using computer systems with accuracy and efficiency Handle cash and credit card transactions confidently and correctly Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local dining, and attractions to assist guests Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Fundamentals

Strong English communication skills (read, write, speak fluently) Comfortable using computers and software systems Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds Enjoy problem-solving and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service Flexibility with schedule: hotel operates 24/7, so shifts may vary This position is ideal for someone who thrives on guest interaction, enjoys being the go-to person, and takes pride in creating memorable moments for others.
