An Associa company We are looking for a dynamic HOA Community Association Manager who will provide day-to-day management services for a portfolio of homeowner associations in our Campbell office. Common Interest Management Services is one of the fastest-growing HOA management companies in Northern California and is looking for top talent to join our team! We are a leader in innovative HOA solutions with seven offices across the Bay Area and Central Valley. We're committed to improving communities and delivering outstanding servicecome join our team! Work Location: In person/Hybrid: Required to be in the office Tuesday through Thursday through introductory period. Reduced to two days a week after successful introductory period. About This Opportunity: Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners in the communities they serve Conducting onsite inspections to oversee work done by 3rd party vendors and to enforce the rules and regulations of the community Attending evening board meetings; writing minutes of each meeting Providing leadership and consulting with our clients on best practices regarding the management and oversight of their community. Manage 3rd party vendors Some project management support Writing letters and newsletters Creating budgets Drive to HOA Associations as needed What You Bring Personable and engaging in communicating with clients Skilled at building relationships Delivers exceptional customer service and has good phone etiquette Comfortable working independently, Has at least three years of experience in HOA property management, Has a working knowledge of homeowner's associations, and familiarity with communities in the South Bay Ability to multi-task, with strong organizational skills Possesses strong written and verbal communication and computer skills (MS Office, Zoom, Adobe, Teams, Sharepoint) Professional, confident, self-starter Strong problem-solving skills Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license CAI and/or CACM Certification(s) a plus Requirements
