As we expand into the Sacramento region, we are seeking a high-performing, experienced Community Association Manager with a strong aptitude for business development. This unique hybrid role offers a clear path toward leadership in a dynamic and expanding organization. Position Summary:
This is a strategic dual-role ideal for a seasoned Community Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll provide top-tier community management services while also playing a key role in expanding our market presence in Sacramento through relationship-building and business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of homeowner associations, including onboarding new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction, retention, and referrals. Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Sacramento region through targeted sales strategies. Develop and nurture referral networks to support ongoing business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional client experience from onboarding through long-term management. Requirements:
Required Qualifications: 35 years of experience in Community Association Management (HOA/COA). Proven success in sales, business development, or client acquisition. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Proficient with industry-related software and Microsoft Office Suite. CAI or CACM certifications are strongly preferred.
