is seeking a
Front Office Coordinator
to fill an internal opening in the
Fairfield Area !
This is a 1st Shift position, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM!
NO WEEKENDS OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS!
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, and transfer the call to the correct recipient Receive applicants and other visitors as they arrive at the office and assist them as needed Assist with recruiting and scheduling people for interviews for our open jobs Process applicant paperwork into the system Ensure paperwork meets legal and company standards (we will train on policies)
Requirements:
Previous experience in Customer Service is required Multi-tasking abilities are a MUST in this role Strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently Excellent Attendance is a must Willingness to help others as needed Strong Computer Skills
Compensation:
$17-18 an hour
