The ideal candidate must have previous dealership sales manager experience (preferably at a Ford or Lincoln dealership) and will be process driven with a relentless attack to achieve benchmarks set by the dealer. Responsibilities

Nurture enriching relationships to build professional relationships with not only clientele, but also employees and vendors Assist and guide your sales team with the road to the sale providing support along the way Continuously develop product, sales and market knowledge Appraise trade in vehicles accurately Managing closely and carefully a multi million dollar inventory accountable for tracking titles, lien releases, flow of recon to have the quickest days to lot Reporting directly to the GM and Owner regarding objective setting, planned activities, reviews (health checks of department) Bringing your "A" game daily with the relentless pursuit of perfection mindset

Qualifications

Previous retail automotive management experience is required and Ford/Lincoln preferred but not mandatory Proven track record of strong performance Self-starter mentality Incredible communication skills and technology savvy Professional and well groomed appearance Clean driving record and valid drivers license
