You will be joining the Foundational Platforms team responsible for the strategy and development of core, cross-technology software tool sets in Information Technology (IT) Service Management and IT Asset Management. These products are vital for frictionless processes reliant on golden source data and enable intelligent management of the application/service estate. The team drives improvements in governance processes and exposes data to leverage analytics and automation. The Product Owner acts as the single point of contact for Scrum teams, responsible for maximizing the value of configurations delivered and ensuring alignment with business outcomes. Create Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the Product Management Chapter, ensuring outcomes-based value management Communicate effectively with end-user customers and team members to identify challenges and opportunities Own the demand management process for product lines, including intake, evaluation, and approval Participate in developing and updating annual budget plans aligned with strategy Collaborate with ServiceNow Council and SteerCo to build trust and understanding Hire, develop, and evaluate Product Chapter success How You’ll Lead

Set long-term vision and product-line strategy Conduct performance reviews, report on metrics, and create improvement plans Prioritize team health and performance by resolving issues Skills You’ll Need

Ability to execute plans and align product areas with business strategy Demand Management, Product Governance, and Demand Assessment skills Experience with Product Management processes such as backlog formation, release & sprint planning, story validation, and prioritization Graduate degree or equivalent experience Skills To Help You Excel

Extensive experience in IT within large corporate or financial services environments, especially in Product Management or client-facing roles Proficient project management skills ServiceNow foundational knowledge IITIL / best practice service context knowledge Ability to work cross-functionally in virtual and matrix teams Expectations

The role requires working in the Jacksonville, FL office under the Bank’s hybrid working model. Deutsche Bank offers reasonable accommodations for qualified candidates. The salary range is $100,000 to $145,500, based on various factors. Benefits
