Our Firmware CI/CD Infrastructure supports thousands of vehicle, energy, connected services, and autopilot developers running builds on more than 250,000 CPU cores, including every customer-released vehicle software build. You'll join a small team within the Engineering Productivity, Build, and Internal Infrastructure organization, tackling technical challenges related to large-scale distributed builds. Your work will focus on core CI/CD platforms and infrastructure, including Jenkins, Argo, K8s, and Bare Metal Management. This role impacts Tesla customers by improving the speed and reliability of Over-the-Air updates, influencing product delivery, and contributing to sustainable energy transition. What You'll Do Design, manage, and support CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Github Actions, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows. Implement custom modifications and plugins for Jenkins. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Vehicle Software workflows using best practices. Standardize CI/CD pipelines across all vehicle software teams. Enhance developer productivity and reduce pipeline build latency.
What You'll Bring
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 2+ years managing Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD. Experience with large-scale CI/CD systems and distributed compute systems (k8s). Knowledge of configuration management systems like Puppet, Ansible, Chef, etc. Strong Linux skills and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Bash. Java and Groovy experience is a plus.

Compensation
Expected annual salary ranges from $133,440 to $292,800, plus bonuses and benefits. Actual pay varies based on experience, location, and other factors. Additional Details
