Solutions Architect – SAP Production Planning & Quality Management

Description Develop and implement SAP PP/QM solutions aligned with business needs, conduct gap analysis, and map new processes. Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP modules, ensuring system integration and managing project timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize manufacturing schedules and quality assurance, provide user training and support, and lead a team of specialists while maintaining SAP expertise. Additional Skills & Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. 10+ years of hands-on SAP PP and QM module experience, including configuration and support. Proven experience in at least two full SAP implementation and upgrade cycles. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and maintenance strategies across industries (e.g., automotive, EV, FMCG). Skills and Abilities Ability to collaborate across production, quality, maintenance, and EHS teams. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and related technologies. Expertise in integration with SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, and FI/CO modules. Understanding of SAP BTP, analytics tools, and interface technologies (IDocs, BAPIs). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior consultants and leading project teams. Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong project management skills. Pay and Benefits Salary range: $140,000 - $165,000 per year. Benefits and relocation package available if needed. Workplace Type Hybrid position based in Byhalia, MS.
