In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. The Customer Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with customers and promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance as needed. Communicate with customers to gather feedback on their dealership experience, addressing any concerns or issues they may have. Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs or service appointments.
Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between customers and dealership departments (such as service, sales, and finance) to resolve any concerns or complaints promptly and to the customer's satisfaction. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy, working to find mutually beneficial solutions.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. Follow up with customers after service appointments or vehicle purchases to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the dealership's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Generate reports on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics for dealership management.
Relationship Building: Build strong, positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell dealership products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
Training and Development: Stay updated on dealership products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of dealership operations.
