We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and will have a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience. Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Provide product and service information to customers and assist them in placing orders or managing their accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to process improvements. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries were resolved satisfactorily and to promote customer retention. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable tone. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer concerns. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software or help desk applications. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Benefits
