Job Description
You will work on the frontend of the MyTime web application, collaborating with UX designers and engineers to develop scalable, well-tested features for our highly available platform. You’ll create responsive, pixel-perfect web UIs while addressing scalability, performance, and complex business logic challenges. Our application serves millions of consumers and tens of thousands of employees monthly, and engineers are responsible for code deployment and operation in production. Ideal candidates have experience developing high-quality software, enjoy working in a fast-growing environment, and participate in technical discussions. You will also contribute to feature design, product decisions, and fostering a culture of excellence through code reviews, daily stand-ups, and pair programming, supporting our rapid release schedule. We seek engineers eager to tackle technical challenges and play a significant role in product and company growth. Responsibilities: Develop high-quality Angular/React code with unit tests and documentation. Prioritize scalability, speed, and security in your code and reviews. Participate in feature discussions, take ownership, and collaborate for successful outcomes. Mentor team members on coding standards and best practices. Qualifications
5+ years of Angular experience, including Angular.js and Angular 2+. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux. Willingness to learn Angular 18 or 19. Proficiency in writing frontend unit tests. Experience with frontend performance analysis and optimization. Detail-oriented and conscientious in design implementation. Self-motivated with strong communication skills. Degree in computer science or related field preferred, but not required. Experience with CoffeeScript and webpack is a plus. Knowledge of Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS is a bonus. Additional Information
