Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and ensuring an efficient and positive experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment:

Manage all stages of the hiring process from intake through offer acceptance. Stakeholder collaboration:

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and hiring goals. Candidate sourcing:

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, etc.) to identify and engage qualified candidates. Screening and interviewing:

Conduct phone and video interviews and assess candidates based on role alignment, competencies, and cultural fit. Candidate management:

Provide clear and timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience. Offer process:

Present and negotiate employment offers in collaboration with the hiring teams. Compliance and data management:

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Continuous improvement:

Provide feedback on recruiting processes and suggest opportunities for greater efficiency, quality, and alignment. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a full cycle recruiting role. Demonstrated ability to fill a variety of roles across functions and levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting multiple hiring managers simultaneously. Familiarity with behavioral-based interview techniques. Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
