Project Manager - Transportation Engineering

Are you a Senior Civil Engineer with experience leading and managing transportation projects? As a Project Manager for Transportation Engineering projects (roads and highways), you’ll oversee transportation projects, nurture client relationships, and mentor a collaborative team of engineers and designers. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage the delivery of roadway and highway projects from concept through construction Build and maintain client relationships with MnDOT, counties, and local agencies Oversee and coordinate project teams ensuring quality, timelines, and budget goals are met Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance in design and project execution Serve as a contributor in public meetings, stakeholder engagement, and project decision-making Collaborate across disciplines to deliver transportation solutions This is more than just a project management role. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 10+ years of progressive transportation, highway, or roadway project experience Current Professional Engineer (PE) license Expertise in MnDOT and local Minnesota agency standards and practices is a plus Leadership and communication skills Proficiency in MicroStation, GEOPAK/ORD, and/or Civil 3D What’s In It For You?
